1. Obtaining an event entry ticket(s) or way of entry from Witch And The Wolf or affiliated third party companies.
(i) By obtaining a ticket or gaining way of entry to any events that we hold, you agree to be bound automatically by our terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not wish to agree with these terms, please do not obtain a ticket or way of entry in the first instance.
(ii) Failure to abide by any of the terms stated in this agreement could result in you being ejected from any and all events, and may ultimately result in yourself being barred from any future events we hold, as well as any opportunities or affiliations with Witch And The Wolf or any partners we work with. Witch And The Wolf and it's partners reserve the right to decide how long the bar is in place for - even if the bar is indefinite - without question or hindrance.
(iii) If you obtain a ticket or way of entry from a third party, you also agree to be bound by their own terms as they deem necessary - as well as ours.
(iv) If any of our events require payment, either for an advance ticket or on the door, you agree that once purchase has been completed there will be no refund available to you - unless the event results in being cancelled or postponed or the matter is something of our own negligence as stated in this agreement.
(v) If an event results in being cancelled or delayed, you are entitled to a full refund of the face value of your ticket or way of entry. Refunds can be made by BACS to an account that you securely provide to us.
(vi) You may be entitled to a full or partial refund on your entry on a matter that was due to our negligence, or a complaint you may have. We will do our best to accommodate to your needs, however, you agree that Witch And The Wolf and it's partners have the final say on any refunds given due to our negligence or a complaint you make if we believe that either:
a) The matter in hand was out of our control;
b) The complaint is not deemed satisfactory to entitle a full or partial refund;
c) The matter in hand was due to any of our partners' negligence, and not our own.
(vii) Any ticket that is lost or stolen will not be replaced free or charge.
(viii) Please take care of your ticket and keep it on your person at all times. You agree that once the ticket is in your possession, it then becomes your responsibility to take care of it and we are not liable for anything that might happen to it, including (but not limited to) theft, damage, duplication or loss.
(ix) Every ticket that Witch And The Wolf distributes has a unique code imprinted. This means that if a duplicate ticket is made and presented on entry, that ticket will be the only one allowed for use and any others with the same code will be declined.
(x) If you intentionally duplicate or forge your own ticket (and choose to distribute it), and we discover that this has been attempted, we reserve the right to confiscate all suspected tickets. You and all guests with these tickets will be declined entry into the event, and ultimately, may be barred from future events as described in Term 1(ii). You may also receive a fine as described in Term 1(xi).
(xi) In regards to Term 1(x), Witch And The Wolf ultimately reserves the right to fine you a fixed fee of £70 per ticket (or twice the ticket face value - whichever is higher) forged or duplicated if we discover that you have attempted to do so. If such fine is adhered to you, you agree to pay Witch And The Wolf the amount, in full, within 28 days of issue. Failure to pay within the stated time period may result in legal action being taken against you, including (but not limited to) Debt Collection officers - who may impose even higher fees. If you refuse to pay, you agree to let us use all evidence we have obtained legally to collect the fine(s) through Debt Collection means as necessary. Witch And The Wolf adheres to the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 25th May 2018.
2. Event dates, times, schedule, age restrictions and requirements of entry.
(i) The ticket, or gain of entry you obtain, will be for the specific event you are getting them for - and none other.
(ii) If we need to change the date and time of the event, we reserve the right to do so. We will let you know if this happens as soon as possible, and if this does happen, you may be entitled to a refund as stated in term 1(v).
(iii) The schedule of any event may be published as whenever we deem necessary, and though we will try to make this as early as possible, we cannot guarantee any approximate times throughout the event, including stage times for performances. You will not be entitled to a refund if you are not satisfied with the schedule timings.
(iv) The age restiction of any of our events will be clearly displayed prior to obtaining/purchasing any ticket or gain of entry. You must bring ID with you to any event we hold if there is an age restriction to prove your age, and this is solely your responsibility. If you fail to present your ID upon entry when asked, you may be denied entry into the event. You will not be entitled to a full or partial refund for your tickets or gain of entry if this happens.
(v) If asked during the event, you must present your ID to prove your age in any age restricted event we hold. If you fail to do so, you may be ejected from the event. You will not be entitled to a full or partial refund for your tickets or gain of entry if this happens.
(vi) We reserve the right to deny entry to any persons we believe to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. You will not be entitled to a full or partial refund for your tickets or gain of entry if this happens.
(vii) If a venue reaches maximum capacity during the event, you will not be permitted entry into that venue until the capacity has reduced to allow you to do so - even if you have already purchased a ticket in advance. We highly recommend to arrive early for our busier events to avoid disappointment. There are no exceptions to this term.
(viii) Witch And The Wolf is proud to promote an 'Equality To Everyone' scheme. This means fair treatment to all guests regardless of age, sex, race, appearance and gender. If we believe on fair grounds that you will violate this scheme, then we have the right to deny you entry - even if you have purchased a ticket in advance.
